This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide: Account registration data (name, email, password), company/brand information, website URLs submitted for Brand DNA scanning, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers), content inputs and generation prompts, and any correspondence with our support team.

Automatically Collected: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited and features used, generation history and credit usage, referral source and session duration, cookies and similar tracking technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: (a) provide, operate, and maintain the Service; (b) generate AI-powered marketing content based on your inputs; (c) manage your account, credits, and subscription; (d) process payments and send transactional communications; (e) analyze usage patterns to improve product features and performance; (f) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; (g) comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Data Protection & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption at rest (AES-256) for all stored data, TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit, regular security audits and penetration testing, role-based access controls for internal systems. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your Brand DNA profiles and proprietary brand data are never used for AI model training.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following sub-processors solely to operate the Service:

  • OpenAI — AI content and image generation (prompts and outputs)
  • Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage
  • Stripe — Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery
  • Dokploy/Infrastructure — Application hosting

Each sub-processor is contractually obligated to protect your data in accordance with this policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Generation history is retained for your reference. Upon account deletion request, we will permanently delete your personal data and generation history within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement. Backup systems may retain encrypted copies for up to 90 days after deletion.

All Users: You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].

EU/EEA Residents (GDPR): You have additional rights including: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), right to restrict processing, right to data portability, right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
